Welcome! Megan is the owner here at Holistic Counseling Services, LLC and has a team of two other therapists ready to walk along side you on your healing path. She isa Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She love working to empower anyone who may be struggling with current life circumstances (Trauma, relationships, identity and so on) and also with substance abuse or addictive behaviors. She also works with women who are experiencing infertility, currently pregnant or in the post-partum journey of parenthood. I am trained as an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS), which allows use acupressure or acupuncture to improve wellness and decrease anxious feelings, depressed mood, use of substances (nicotine, cannabis, alcohol, in addition to others) and help with sleep.
Jonathan Stern is a licensed professional counselor also with over 20 years of working in the mental health field. He is Gottman level 1 trained and has extensive training in helping couples and individuals who are feeling stuck.
Lauren Gomola is a licensed professional counselor associate who has a wealth of knowledge she pulls from to assist her clients in finding calmness and reaching their goals. She is a trauma sensitive yoga teacher with experience with mindfulness. She also spent a number of years as a post partum and birth doula which makes her a great asset to this team who helps treat the whole body.
